The Suzuki Inside Line- Glendale Supercross

Round four of Monster Energy AMA Supercross rolled into Glendale, Arizona this past weekend. Check out the Suzuki Inside Line of what happened at the University of Phoenix Stadium.

Autotrader/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing - The Autotrader/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing Team stormed into Glendale, Arizona for round four of the 2018 Supercross series. The Suzuki contingent impressed the packed crowd of 54,623 fans. Weston Peick rode with conviction, running in a podium position for much of the main event. He currently sits fourth in the standings–only six points out of third. Justin Bogle made his return, and Malcolm Stewart continued to be a crowd favorite. In the 250 class, Justin Hill qualified third fastest, and Phil Nicoletti continues to climb up the points ladder as he continues to rebound from injury suffered in round one of the series.

H.E.P. Motorsports – H.E.P. Motorsports continued their charge on the 2018 Monster Energy AMA Supercross series. Kyle Cunningham, Henry Miller and Tallon Lafountaine all made it through the qualifying heats and put their Suzuki RM-Z’s into the night show. Dustin Pipes made a valor attempt at qualifying with an injured shoulder but later determined it was best to allow his injury to heal further. The team looks to build off the previous weeks performances and rebound in Oakland.

Nut Up/LVN100/Suzuki - Nut Up/LVN100/Suzuki team rider Matt Bisceglia had a challenging night in Arizona. In Heat #1, Bisceglia got tangled up with a couple of riders in a corner and hit the terra firma hard injuring his ribs. He rebounded in the LCQ by getting a great start on his Suzuki RM-Z450 and qualifying for the main event with a third place finish. However during the main, pain from his sustained injuries in the heat race were too much and had to pull off the track early. Coming back from an off season injury, team owner/rider Josh Hansen has been skillfully preparing for his season debut on the all new RM-Z450. During a mid-week test leading up to Glendale, Hansen and team decided it would be best to target Oakland as his comeback round.
